Login and Access Control

One can login through various accounts like Administrator, HR, User, Operator, Helper etc and these accounts have different accessibility rights for the related module. The user who is logging in has to enter his/her user name and password, if the user is unable to remember his/her password he/she can simply click “Forgot Password” link and can retrieve their password by entering his/her e-mail id. The password will be e-mailed to the respective user’s mail account.

Administrator

Administrator has accessibility rights for all Modules like Employee Management, Equipment Management, Site Management, Diesel Management, Material Management, Daily Progress Management and Reporting.

HR

HR has accessibility rights for only Employee Management.

User

User has accessibility rights for only data entry in Daily Progress Module and Reporting.

Employee Management

The Employee Management module is mainly managed by Administrator and HR Manager. They both have different accessibility rights. Administrator has rights for all functionality like create, update and delete employees and as the employees are created they are informed about their account and login details through e-mail.  Through the Employee Management System, HR Manager can track all the information of all the employees and HR Manager has rights to create, edit and update employee.
           The Employee Management System can help the organisation as all the details like Employee Code, Employee Name    , Employee Type, Date of Joining, Date of Leaving, Reason of Leaving, Designation, Mobile No, Contact No/Ref, Email ID, Present Address, City, State, Pin Code, Permanent Address, Phone No, City, State, Pin No and image of the employees are stored in the database in a managed way and can be referred from time to time.

Equipment Management

Equipment Management Module is managed by Administrator and administrator alone has rights to save, update and delete any equipment.  In Equipment Management all types of equipments that are available with the company are managed by entering all the details like Equipment Status, Equipment Name,     Quantity, Model No, Insurance Due Date, Registration No, Date of Purchase, Purchase Type etc of the specified equipment into the database.

Site Management

Site Management module is managed by Administrator and He only has rights to save, update and delete any site details. In Site Management all the sites information like Site Name, Contact Person, Client Organization, Contact No, Email ID, Address City etc. is maintained.

Diesel Management

Diesel Management module is managed by Administrator and alone administrator has rights to save, update and delete any diesel details.  In Diesel Management all the information of the transactions taken place in the company are mentioned into the database. In Diesel Management all the information like etc. is maintained.

Material Management

Material Management module is managed by Administrator and alone administrator has rights to save, update and delete any material details.  In Material Management information is mentioned about the material needed for the business operations. Details like Date, Material Name, Vendor Name, Site Name, Vehicle No, Challan No,Unit, Qty, Bill No, Rate, Total Amount, VAT, Paid Date, Amount etc.
In Material Management the calculations for total amount, vat etc are calculated automatically as the units are entered into the database.

Reporting Management Module is managed by Administrator and has rights to view all types of reports like:

Equipment Reports

Equipment reports are generated based on two categories namely Hours and Kilometres. One can view reports of equipment production like all, equipment wise, date wise etc and these details include like Date, Site Name, Equipment Name, Opening Reading, Closing Reading, Hours, Optional Hours, Kilometre, Optional Kilometre, Opening Diesel, Diesel Issue, Diesel Balance, Consume Diesel, Remarks and Average.

Helper Report

One can view reports of helper details like All, Name wise etc and these details include  Date, Helper Name, Site Name, Equipment Name, Client Name and Hours.

Material Report

One can view reports of Material Details like All material wise, Material Name wise etc and these details include Date‎, Material Name, Party Name, Challan No, Trips, Unit, Bill No, Qty, Rate, VAT‎, Total, Vehicle No‎, Paid Date.

Operator Report

One can view reports of Operator details like All Operator Name wise, Name wise etc and these details include  Date, Operator  Name, Site Name, Equipment Name, Client Name and Hours.

Site Report

One can view reports of Site details like All Site Name wise, Site Name wise etc and these details include  Date‎, Equipment Name, Owner, Site Name, KM, Rock‎ ‎Breaker, Bucket, Types, Trips, Issued Diesel ‎, Average‎, Balance ‎Diesel, Remark.

All the reports can be generates in any format like word, excel, pdf etc and these reports can also be generated on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.
